Be TOUR-Fit and Pain-free, PlayGolfStrong
Our Program
Do you want to: Hit the ball farther? Increase club head speed? Have more energy throughout the round? Improve your swing mechanics? Have a more consistent swing? Be able to do what your instructor is asking of you? Play pain-free?
Then, you need to prepare your body for the physical demands of golf.
Our 4-Phase Golf Training Program incorporates the same progression of exercises that we have been using with our PGA Touring Professionals for years. Broken down into comprehensive instructional DVDs, each phase actually builds off the previous, making it critical to follow the prescribed order as a way to maximize results and reduce the risk of injury. Results will have you feeling and playing your best.
Phase 1: Mobility: In this phase, we develop proper mobility (flexibility) throughout the body. Only a detailed understanding of swing mechanics can foster a biomechanically-sound golf swing with reduced risk of injury to the golfer.
Phase 2: Stability: In this phase, we develop the ability to have proper control over the motion we created in the mobility phase. Having motion we cannot control dramatically increases our risk for injury. In contrast, having good stability not only reduces our risk for injury, but allows for a more consistent golf swing.
Phase 3: Strength: In this phase, we start to build strength. It will allow you to control the club better through the rough, continue to reduce the risk of injury, hit the ball further and allow you to maintain your energy throughout the round by making things easier for you. Strength is also one of the two components of Power.
Phase 4: Power: In this phase, we incorporate the component of Speed into our Strength training, creating Power. Adding Power to your golf game will allow you to increase club head speed and hit the ball further. Unfortunately too many golf training programs start here. After some initial results, those quick-fix programs ultimately and undoubtedly end in failure.
Like any achievable goal, improving one’s golf game is a process. Understanding that the process is critical is the first step to making lower scores an accomplishment. These DVDs were created with the intention of taking all golfers through the same process our Tour players undergo for a Tour-fit and pain-free way to play golf. It should be the only way to play.
