Strength -

Strength is the ability of the body to create force.  This force will allow golfers to control the club better through the rough, reduce the risk of injury, hit the ball further, and maintain energy throughout the round.  Strength is also one of the two components of Power (strength and speed together create power).  In this DVD, golfers will be taken through a series of exercises which will strengthen all the critical muscles needed for a strong golf swing.

Power -

Golfers looking to hit the ball further will gain the insight and power to do so in this golf power-training DVD.  The exercises prescribed are about speed development, because strength and speed together create the key component of power.  Power is what ultimately allows golfers to increase club head speed and hit the ball further.  Many golf programs erroneously begin with power training, skipping over the steps which are critical as building blocks—mobility, stability, strength training.  While the benefits may initially seem present, ill-timed power training in golf will always end in injury.

Stability -

Stability training is important to reduce the risk of injury and transfer energy throughout the golf swing.  Stability is about proper control over motion.  In contrast, increasing mobility without stability creates a loose and ineffective golf swing.  In this DVD, golfers will be given a series of exercises that will allow them to maintain posture throughout the golf swing, keep the club on plane, and have a firm lead side at impact, just to name a few.  In addition, these exercises will allow for a more efficient and repeatable golf swing.

Mobility - Now Showing on www.thegolfersnation.com

Often regarded as “flexibility,” good mobility is critical to having an efficient golf swing.  In this DVD, we take golfers through a full progression of mobility training, starting with soft-tissue mobilization (like self-massage), active isolated stretching, and finally golf-specific mobility exercises.  Upon completing this targeted program, golfers will have better range-of-motion, less aches and pains, and the ability to achieve the elusive positions within their golf swing that they have long been seeking.

Mobility - Utilizing Active Isolated Stretching

Everyone knows the importance of good range-of-motion in the golf swing.  But achieving that proper range is another story.  Active Isolated Stretching is an important tool, teaching individuals how to stretch themselves with a simple strap.  For a fraction of the cost, golfers using active isolated stretching can achieve the same results as having a professional trainer or therapist perform the stretching.  This cutting-edge stretching technique has been shown to be one of the most successful ways to increase range-of-motion and get golfers the mobility they need to succeed.

Mobility - Utilizing Myofascial Release

Do you miss how loose and flexible you feel only after getting a professional massage?  This DVD devoted to Myofascial Release will allow golfers to get that sort of muscular relief all on their own, eliminating the day-to-day aches and pains to which they’ve become accustomed.  Learn how to eliminate knots and trigger points in various muscles and create an overall suppleness.  These techniques can be used alone or as part of a program to better prepare the body for stretching and exercise routines to follow.
