Mobility -   Often regarded as “flexibility,” good mobility is critical to having an efficient golf swing.  In this DVD, we take golfers through a full progression of mobility training, starting with soft-tissue mobilization (like self-massage), active isolated stretching, and finally golf-specific mobility exercises.  Upon completing this targeted program, golfers will have better range-of-motion, less aches and pains, and the ability to achieve the elusive positions within their golf swing that they have long been seeking.                        Click here to download the Mobility Workout
